CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change, and we’ll always do our best to help whenever possible.

All reservation payments are final and non-refundable. However, if you need to change the date of your experience, we’ll be happy to help you reschedule, subject to availability on our calendar.

If you need to cancel, the amount you paid can be kept as a credit for up to one year. You may use this credit toward a future Oaxacking experience or transfer it to a friend or family member visiting Oaxaca during that one-year period.

To receive this credit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for credit.

A NOTE ABOUT MINIMUM PARTICIPATION

Our experiences requires a minimum of 4 guests to take place. In the unlikely event that the minimum is not reached, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to choose another available date or receive a full refund.

As a small local company, every reservation matters to us and to the wonderful people we collaborate with throughout Oaxaca. Thank you for understanding and for supporting the local community through your visit.
